October 10, 2024 – A groundbreaking tour is set to hit the cities of Atlanta, Houston, and Washington D.C., bringing together three of Black culture’s most trusted voices—comprised of a Black Trans Activist, a Black Gay Podcast Host, and a Black Cis-Het Media Influencer—to tackle the pressing issues and intersections of race, identity, and sexuality. The Unlikely Throuple Tour promises a series of electrifying and thought-provoking events throughout the South.
This collaboration unites Hope Giselle, a national organizer and trans activist; Jai The Gentleman, the founder and host of the Dear Black Gay Men podcast; and The Conscious Lee, a renowned educator and media influencer. Each brings a distinct perspective and unique lived experience navigating the world, yet together they embody a powerful synergy that is both “unexpected” and profoundly compelling.
The Unlikely Throuple Tour is made possible by the generous support of HIV & All of Us’s Help End HIV the HIV Vaccine Trials Network (HVTN), with a mission to elevate conversations around health, community, and change. Attendees are invited to engage in meaningful dialogue while partaking in performances that promise to be as educational as they are enjoyable.
